Terms of Service

This is an agreement between You and TradeDM (“TradeDM,” “Us,” or “We”). The services that TradeDM provides to You are subject to the following Terms of Service (“TOS”). You must agree to comply with all the terms and conditions of this TOS to use TradeDM (tradedm.com) (“the Service”). Visiting, or opening an account on the Service indicates acceptance of the TOS. TradeDM reserves the right to update the TOS at any time without notice to you.

To open an account on TradeDM and use the Service you must:

• Be of legal age to enter into a contract.
• Provide a valid email address that you are authorized to use and a secure password.
• Comply with all applicable laws and not start or participate in any illegal or harmful activities using the Service.
• Notify us immediately if there is a security breach, illegal activity on the Service, or a TOS violation.
• Not access the Service using an automated process to capture data or content from the Service for any reason and damage, disable, slow-down, overload, or otherwise attack the Service.
• Not use the Service to send email or text to clients, employees, or any third party without their consent.

We hate SPAM and have made every effort to place You in complete control of every message we send You. Every email we send has one or more prominently marked one-click Unsubscribe links for You to use. If You ever feel a TradeDM message is SPAM, we ask that You: (1) take advantage of your TradeDM account’s Notification Settings, (2) click the Unsubscribe link in TradeDM emails, (3) tell us about the offending email, or (4) disable your account.

You are responsible for maintaining control and the security of the email address and password you use to sign up for the Service. Failure to maintain security and control of your email account may result in loss of access to your TradeDM account and loss of all personal information and data stored on the Service. We are not responsible for such losses.

You may view and print portions of web pages displayed by the Service for personal non-commercial purposes, but you may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any information, software, products or services obtained using the Service. In the case of downloadable binary data such as software and graphic images, you may download such material for use as instructed, but you may not edit or attempt to decompile or reverse engineer in any way.

Limited permission to use white papers, press releases, datasheets, and FAQs (“Documents”) is granted, provided that (1) The Service copyright notice appears in all copies, and (2) such use is for informational and non-commercial or personal use only and will not be copied or posted on any network computer, and (3) no modifications are made. Distribution outside these terms requires the express written permission of TradeDM.

You are responsible for telephone and Internet access fees, text message fees, and any wireless carrier charges needed to access the Service.

By providing a cell phone number at registration or in your account settings and checking the SMS consent box, you consent to receive SMS text message daily trade signal notifications from TradeDM (tradedm.com). SMS messages from TradeDM are limited exclusively to daily trade signals and pre-close reminders — sent on US market trading days when you have an active subscription. We do not send marketing or promotional SMS messages.

SMS notifications will only be sent when you have an active paid subscription for the applicable signal and SMS notifications are enabled in your account. Message frequency varies based on your active subscriptions — up to one signal and one reminder per trading day per subscribed symbol. Msg & data rates may apply. You are responsible for any such charges.

You may opt out of SMS notifications at any time by:

• Replying STOP to any SMS message from us (takes effect immediately).
• Disabling SMS notifications in your TradeDM account settings.

To re-enable SMS notifications after opting out, reply START to our number or re-enable them in your account settings. For assistance, reply HELP to our number or email support@tradedm.com.

If you purchase one of TradeDM’s paid subscriptions, you agree to provide Us with accurate and valid billing information and pay all charges and fees when due. Subscriptions are billed monthly per symbol. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access to signals until then and no partial-month refunds are issued. You must notify us of any discrepancies or billing issues within 90 days after they appear on your statement. If you don’t tell us within 90 days, you waive your right to dispute any discrepancies or billing issues.

While every effort has been made to find and correct errors in web pages related to or generated by the Service, TradeDM assumes no responsibility for errors or omissions in this website, apps or any documents linked or referenced.

The Service may contain factual and typographical errors. TradeDM reserves the right to make corrections, additions, and deletions to the material presented at any time without notice. The Service may also make improvements and or changes at any time without obligation to give notice of such changes.

References to sources outside of the Service are hereby provided “AS IS” without warranty of any kind and for information or entertainment purposes only.

All information and feedback sent to us regarding the Service shall be deemed NOT CONFIDENTIAL and TradeDM will be free to use and distribute this feedback to others without limitation. By using the Service, you agree that TradeDM will be free to use any ideas, concepts, and techniques disclosed in your communications with us for any purpose, including incorporating such ideas, concepts, and techniques in its products.

TradeDM respects the intellectual property of others, and we ask users of our Service to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and other applicable law, we have adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances and at our sole discretion, subscribers or account holders who are deemed to be repeat infringers. At our sole discretion, we may also remove Content alleged to be infringing without prior notice, limit access to our Service, and terminate the accounts of any users who infringe any intellectual property rights of others, whether or not there is any repeat infringement.

If you believe that your Content has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please provide us with the following information: (a) a physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner; (b) sample of the copyrighted work; (c) information reasonably sufficient to allow us to locate the material; (d) your address, telephone number, and an email address; (e) a statement saying that you believe in good faith that the material as currently used is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and (f) a statement that the information in the statement is accurate, and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

You agree to be bound by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Any claims arising in connection with the Service will be brought solely in Miami-Dade County, Florida, and you agree to the jurisdiction of and venue of Miami-Dade courts and waive any objections of inconvenience.
